Dr. Chandana is a medical council certified Dermatologist, Trichologist, and a Cosmetologist.

She completed her MBBS and MD(DVL) in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru.
