You will receive a confirmation and the name of your technician.
Q:Does this service cost more than a lab visit?
A:We charge a small, transparent convenience fee for the home visit.
However, for many of our "Executive Health Packages" and chronic care patients, this fee is often waived.
Q:How will I receive my test results?
A:Results are delivered directly to your GHH Patient Portal and emailed to you as a secure PDF.
If a result requires urgent attention, your doctor or a lab representative will call you directly.
Q:Do I need a doctor's request form?
A:For routine screenings (like Lipids or Thyroid panels), you can book directly.
For specialized pathology or diagnostic tests, a doctor's referral is required to ensure it is correct tests and performed.
