Technology and Infrastructure

Precision for Aesthetic & Functional Excellence

Our Plastic Surgery department is equipped with sophisticated tools designed to handle the delicate nature of tissue reconstruction and aesthetic enhancement. We combine high-tech visualization with precision instruments to ensure the most controlled and effective results.

01

Microsurgical Equipment:

We use high-powered operative microscopes and ultra-fine instruments to perform complex procedures such as reattaching small blood vessels or nerves during tissue transfer and limb salvage.

02

3D Imaging and Planning:

Before any procedures, we utilize advanced 3D modeling software to simulate potential outcomes. This allows patients to visualize the results of a rhinoplasty or breast reconstruction during the planning phase.

03

Advanced Wound Care Technology:

To ensure optimal healing with minimal scarring, we utilize negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and bio-engineered skin substitutes for complex reconstructive cases.

Clinical Approach

A Patient-Centered Philosophy of Care

We believe that plastic surgery is deeply personal journey. Our approach is rooted in honesty, safety, and a commitment to achieving results that harmonize with each patient’s unique anatomy.

01

Ethical and Realistic Consultation:

We prioritize integrity by providing honest assessments. Our surgeons take the time to discuss realistic expectations, ensuring patients are fully informed about the possibilities and limitations of each procedure.

02

Collaborative Reconstruction:

For patients recovering from trauma or cancer, we work as a "Life-Quality Team". Our surgeons collaborate with Oncologists and Orthopedic specialists to perform immediate reconstruction, such as breast reconstruction following a mastectomy.

03

Scar Management:

Our care doesn’t end in the operating room. We provide a comprehensive post-operative protocol, including silicone therapy, laser treatments, and specialized massage techniques to ensure scars heal as inconspicuously as possible.

Specialized Procedures
Q:How do I know if I need reconstructive or cosmetic surgery?
A:Reconstructive surgery is generally performed to improve function or restore a “normal” appearance after an injury, birth defect, or disease. Cosmetic surgery is an elective choice to enhance specific features for aesthetic reasons.
Q:How long is the recovery for a major reconstructive surgery?
A:Recovery varies significantly. While initial healing takes 2–3 weeks, complex tissue transfers or flap surgeries may require several months of gradual recovery and specialized physical therapy.
Q:Can GHH assist with post-mastectomy reconstruction?
A:Absolutely. We offer immediate reconstruction (performed during the same surgery as the mastectomy) or delayed reconstruction, depending on your oncology treatment plan and personal preference.
Q:What should I bring to my initial consultation?
A:Please bring your medical history, a list of current medications, and any previous surgical reports. For cosmetic cases, bringing “goal” photos can help communicate your desired aesthetic to the surgeon.
